To cover Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire and Cumbria in community and custodial settings

Northwest based remote with travel to meet with Mentors around the NorthWest including Cumbria, all travel expenses paid from home. You will have the autonomy and flexibility to run your own diary, eg work from home Monday and Friday and the rest of the week meeting with your team out in the field, at the hub in Preston, doing 1-2-1's, people management, supporting your colleagues. There will be monthly meets where you meet with other Team Leaders to share good practice and learn from each other.
