Position Overview

Job Scope
  • Managing visitor services, including check‑in, registration, and host notifications while maintaining reception standards.
  • Overseeing access control by issuing, tracking, and retrieving access badges in line with security procedures.
  • Handling mail and deliveries, including logging, distribution, and coordination with couriers.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and coordinating event set‑up.
  • Providing other ad‑hoc support tasks for workplace operation.
Requirements
  • ITE or Diploma Qualification in any field of studies.
  • 1 year of experience in Front Office Management or Customer Service positions.
  • Front‑facing experience in the hotel or airline industry is highly preferred.
