SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Staffing & Recruitment Specialist to oversee the full caregiver staffing lifecycle from recruiting exceptional caregivers to successfully matching them with clients and ensuring ongoing staffing excellence.

This is much more than a recruiting role. You will own the entire staffing process, ensuring we attract, hire, onboard, schedule, retain, and support outstanding caregivers while delivering exceptional service to our clients and referral partners.
