We're hiring: Junior Sous Chef (Hotel)


Type: PermanentLocation: CPT 



Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Assist the Sous Chef in food Managing daily kitchen operations

  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders

  • Ensure food quality and presentation meets standards

  • Oversee kitchen operations in absence of Head Chef

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.




Requirements




  • Proven experience as a chef de partie or similar role.

  • Culinary Qualification

  • Strong Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation

  • Leadership potential with positive attitude

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Passion for food and commitment to excellence
