Job Description

Position Overview:

The Junior Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting. This position will utilize existing policies and procedures to attract and retain highly-qualified candidates. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, the Junior Recruiter will be a Brand Ambassador and someone who plays a critical role in the recruitment and retention of talent. Onsite/Non-Remote.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Maintain a reputation of being a strong Brand Ambassador and a champion of initiatives and efforts made by Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and the Company.
