WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic Project Management Officer (PMO) with relevant experience to join our growing team! In this role, you will support project managers and cross functional teams by ensuring effective project coordination and reporting.
Key responsbilities:
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating project activities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Support project governance processes and ensure compliance with PMO standards
- Handle monthly billing activities and POs processing
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling activities
