Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process quotations and PO received Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of goods Follow up with internal teams or suppliers on pending orders Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist with incoming orders and basic coordination Support day-to-day administrative and customer service tasks Assist the team with ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Basic computer skills Responsible, organized, and willing to learn Able to multitask Cooperative and able to work effectively with team members and support daily operations
