Position Overview
Our partner is looking for a Junior Payroll Officer.
Prepare, process, and track employee payroll calculations Provide first-line assistance to employees regarding their payroll-related questions Manage and optimize the digital time and attendance system and absence tool Analyze and optimize salaries Stay up-to-date with the evolving Belgian social legislation Manage our company fleet and insurance policies from a payroll perspective. No previous experience in Payroll required Demonstrated interests with social legislation and regulations pertaining to payroll. Interets with payroll tools is required, knowledge of 'Presta' system (group S) is an advantage. Experienced in using digital time and attendance system as well as absence tool.
