Job Responsibilities:



Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions; configure and administer Group Policy Objects (GPOs) as part of day-to-day administration.



Monitor system performance, apply patches and upgrades to Domain Controllers, and perform regular health checks to ensure system reliability.



Support company’s core infrastructure services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, GPO, Entra ID in multiple tenants, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).



Assist in Disaster Recovery tests and patching of domain controllers on a monthly basis.



Create and maintain technical documentation for all operational requirements.



Coordinate with technology staff across multiple environments (application/system/functional) to resolve technical issues.



Support infrastructure projects as directed by the Service Owner or Team Leader.
