• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, NDAs, engagement letters, and other legal documents
• Support the legal team with corporate governance matters, compliance requirements, and regulatory filings
• Manage and organize the company’s legal documentation and contract database
• Conduct legal research on topics relevant to the proptech industry, including data privacy, digital transactions, real estate and property law, and central bank regulations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Sales, HR, Operations) to provide legal input on business and people initiatives
