Position Overview
The Junior Key Account Manager supports the commercial management and profitable growth of key selective beauty retailers across Europe.Β This role is strongly sales and performance driven, with direct exposure to sell in, sell out, margin levers, trade investment, and inventory management.
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, the role contributes to revenue delivery, forecast accuracy, stock health, and promotional effectiveness across assigned accounts. The position requires strong commercial acumen, comfort working with financial data, and the ability to translate retail performance into clear actions.
