We are looking for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance to end-users. This entry-level position focuses on basic troubleshooting, hardware/software setup, and supporting IT operations under supervision.
Key Responsibilities - Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, and other approved desktop applications.
- Perform basic hardware moves and changes
- Asset disposal Maintain inventory record for end-of-life assets. Manage hardware disposal tasks including physical hard drive removal from workstations.
- Support printers, computer hardware, and peripheral devices (basic troubleshooting and setup).
- Perform routine maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Handle password resets and basic user account tasks in Active Directory.
