Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issuesTroubleshoot and resolve incidents involving computers, printers, and other IT equipment, escalating when necessarySet up and configure IT equipment for onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain IT asset records, support documentation, and operational reportsCoordinate with Technical Operations, Infrastructure, and Security teams to resolve complex issuesSupport continuous improvement of helpdesk processes to enhance efficiency and user experienceAssist in evaluating and implementing tools such as automation and self-service solutions Qualifications:
