The Role

We are hiring Junior Brokers to join our growing sales team. This is a high-volume outbound sales role requiring resilience, confidence, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities Making 200–300 outbound calls per day Engaging and qualifying prospective investors Presenting opportunities clearly and professionally Handling objections and closing Working toward daily and monthly performance targets Training

All successful candidates will complete a 2-week intensive Sales Academy before going live on the desk.
