Job Description

• To assist in day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
• Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary
