• Accept and process export and import ocean freight bookings


• Coordinate shipments across ocean, with smaller volumes across road and air freight


• Liaise with suppliers (ocean, air, and road) and support rate negotiations


• Ensure accurate accrual of costs, invoicing, and completion of shipment files


• Handle designated key accounts, including coordinating collections, deliveries, and PODs


• Resolve operational issues and invoice queries efficiently


• Prepare quotations and support in managing customer accounts


• Maintain accurate records, invoicing, filing, and general administrative duties
