Junior CRM
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership to maintain and develop customer relationships on a daily basis, follow up and communicate with customers. (by WhatsApp/SMS/Email/Phone Call or with CRM system)
- Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.
- Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches
- Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
- Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
