Role Objective To manage and support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and on-ground delivery of the dermatology and aesthetic medicine conference, ensuring a seamless experience for delegates, speakers, and partners while upholding the IP’s professional and scientific standards.
Preferred Background & Skills - Minimum 6 years of experience in conference or event management, ideally within the medical, scientific, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record in program coordination, speaker management, and client servicing.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with association or society-led events and understanding of CME processes is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple deadlines.
