About The Role

At Allianz Direct, we are on our mission to become 'digitally unbeatable'. As Junior Communications Specialist, you will take an active role in planning, creation, and delivery of internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with our strategy and culture. You will also support internal events and engagement initiatives such as town halls, leadership meetings, and employee recognition activities while working closely with our international Communications team present across five countries.

This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, collaboration and learning in an international and fast moving environment.
