What You’ll Be Doing

* Supporting senior chefs in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes

* Working across different sections of the kitchen

* Assisting with formal dinners, conferences, banquets, and daily service

* Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards

* Contributing ideas and creativity to menus and presentation
