Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the Test Automation Framework and department application automation.
• Resolve testing-related issues raised by various application teams.
• Develop and maintain the Zephyr Import utility for bulk test case upload and update.
• Develop and maintain Jenkins pipelines for test execution.
• Evaluate and adopt Next-Gen AI and GenAI testing solutions (e.g., ChatGPT) to ease team workflows.
• Lead adoption of Next-Gen Testing solutions within the department and across other departments.
• Support performance and functional testing-related queries and application maintenance.
• Ensure all support tickets meet SLA requirements.
