Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily accounting operations of the company as assigned that cater services but not limited to condominium, housing, foundation, property management services, leasing, etc.
• Develop, implement, and document effective processes and procedures for effective control of the accounting operations. To be maintained on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain and assist the management of Computerized Books of Accounts (CBA) in Xero Cloud Based Accounting System.
• Ensures that the monthly closing is in line with corporate requirements.
• Responsible for the month-end and year-end closing books of accounts and other activities.
• Ensure that control processes and procedures are implemented for all financial accounts.
• Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures in safeguarding the company's assets and internal control.
