We are seeking an Account Manager to strengthen merchant partnerships through direct engagement, issue resolution, and training on key tools while driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead direct, in-person interactions with merchant partners across your assigned territory. Conduct regular visits, foster strong relationships, and provide hands-on support.
- Apply the Area Manager framework by planning visits strategically, tailoring discussion points to each merchant’s business, and ensuring every interaction is impactful.
- Handle merchant challenges swiftly or escalate when needed. Partner with Product, Support, and Operations teams to close gaps and prevent recurring issues.
- Train merchants on available tools (Merchant App, Self-Serve Marketing, Insights Portal) to boost adoption and drive stronger business outcomes.
