Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager

We’re looking for a Coordinator / Jr. Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with some construction experience who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll help keep projects moving - tracking tasks, supporting the construction manager, and making sure the small things don’t fall through the cracks.

What you’ll do:

• Help manage schedules, tasks, and documentation
• Support the project manager, site team, and ops manager
• Assist with subtrade coordination and procurement
• Track RFIs, change orders, and key deliverables
• Use tools like Jonas Premier (training provided), Excel, Building Connected
• Help keep everyone informed and aligned
