POSITION PURPOSE
Responsible for oversight and review of Commercial Loan documentation for the Commercial Lending groups within the franchise. Tasks include collaboration with members of the team which handle document preparation, preclose review, loan funding, and onboarding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Assumes responsibility and ensures that the loan documents are created accurately both internally and by approved attorneys in a timely manner.Detailed collateral perfection knowledge of real estate, commercial & industrial lending.Maintains the daily workflow activity to ensure service level commitments are met.
