Responsibilities:
Asset Management ·
Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDB system and network database. ·
Track the lifecycle of network assets. ·
Coordinate disposal of network assets and annual fixed asset verification.
Telco Billing ·
Process and verify telco invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. ·
Identify billing discrepancies and coordinate with vendors for resolutions. ·
Provide monthly costing for reporting.
Data Line Tracking and Contract Management ·
Keep track of new, upgraded and terminated network data lines. ·
Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers. ·
Ensure proper documentation of all network data line changes for auditing and cost management.
