• Drive creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February.
• Training will be provided but EXT will need to hit the ground running with little hand holding Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live.
• Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines.
