Responsibilities:
1 Planning and execution of assigned NPI products (45%)
Support the team in planning and reviewing characterization plans, schedules, and hardware requirements.Learn to define, integrate, and implement product-specific characterization test benches—pulling together test equipment, PCB hardware, software, and fixtures, with growing exposure to optical and electrical products where required.Bring up and develop repeatable, reliable automation solutions (Python, VISA, data processing) under guidance from senior team members.Analyze results and data using tools like JMP, Python, and Excel, and review findings with the core team.Work closely with other teams, locally and at other sites, to support execution of characterization activities to schedule.2.
