Job Responsibilities:
Provide Level II IT customer support to Army OTSG (Office of the Surgeon General) including configuration, testing, troubleshooting of computer systems, peripherals and software within established standards and guidelines.
Develop strong communications and working relationships with other support teams.
Manage objects within the Microsoft Active Directory Organizational Unit structure, to include but not limited to, Group Policy management and configuration, management of computer/user objects.
Evaluate computer hardware and software deficiencies and make recommendations to procure items necessary to correct deficiencies.
