Responsibilities

• Manufacture high‑quality wooden components such as doors, windows, frames, and staircases.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and measurements.
• Cut, shape, and assemble timber using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
• Install joinery items on‑site when required.
• Carry out repairs, adjustments, and maintenance on existing wooden structures.
• Ensure all work meets quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
• Work collaboratively with site teams and clients to meet project deadlines.
