Location: Newcastle & Gateshead
Rate: £23.00-£24 per hour
Hours: 39 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a well-established social housing contractor covering Bedlington and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a busy social housing contract, contributing to works on their Kitchens, bathrooms and rewire scheme.

Key Responsibilities

Boxing in pipes, fitting bath panels
Bathroom fitting and refurbishment works
General joinery maintenance and refurbishment within tenanted properties
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
Adhering to all health and safety requirements on site

Requirements

Valid CSCS Card
Manual Hanlding
Working at Heights
Asbestos Awareness
Previous experience working within social housing, voids, repairs, or refurbishment projects
