Responsibilities
- Establishes recruitment requirements aligned with the organization's plans and objectives with the Hiring Manager and/or Account Director
- Creates job descriptions of openings and designs hiring advertisements
- Develops assessment tools for the candidate selection process
- Utilizes social and professional networking sites to post-hiring and identify resource
- Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications (tech and non-tech roles)
- Schedules interviews and ensure that department heads give feedback on each candidate
- Sends interview feedback and hiring updates to applicants
- Conducts background checks (if needed) for potential candidates
- Maintains an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
- Generates recruitment-related reports (EOW, EOD and the like)
