Overview

To develop and deliver an exciting, inclusive programme of activities that engages young people aged 7 to 25 years with additional needs. You will design and oversee a robust, engaging and accessible offer, ensuring all young people are supported to participate meaningfully in activities of their choice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of support workers, youth workers and volunteers, providing clear direction, coaching and day‑to‑day guidance to ensure the highest quality of provision.
• Support staff to deliver fun, inclusive activities and meet more complex needs such as personal care and medication support safely and effectively.
• Be responsible for the delivery of the Youth Zone’s Springboard sessions, held on Sunday mornings for both junior and senior members, ensuring these sessions are well‑planned, inclusive and tailored to meet a wide range of needs.
