Job Title: Pega Lead System Architect

Location: Hartford, CT 06155 - Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thu at onsite work Mon & Fri Remote)

Responsibilities:

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead the end to end architecture, design, and implementation of Pega applications, including case management, workflows, integrations, and UI frameworks. Pega LSAs commonly lead complex enterprise architecture initiatives.

• Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional/technical design, product configuration, testing, and production deployment. This aligns with LSA responsibilities defined by Pega’s own role descriptions.

• Architect scalable and secure Pega solutions ensuring adherence to guardrails, best practices, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
