Job Summary:

The Job Coach is responsible for training participants in a workplace setting. The Job Coach will utilize specific teaching techniques to instruct participants in designated jobs at a work site. The Job Coach ensures all assigned worksites are maintained to the highest quality standards and implements company mission and values by providing participants the opportunity for employment in a competitive, integrated setting.
