Senior Customer Service Officer – EMTR & SEA
Why this role?
Were looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to manage end-to-end order fulfillment across the EMTR and SEA regions. This role plays a critical part in delivering an excellent customer experience while driving operational efficiency across order processing, delivery, customs clearance, and reverse logistics.
Youll act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, working closely with 3PL partners and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, meet KPIs, and continuously improve customer service and supply chain processes.
