As the Jewellery Processing Centre Manager, you will typically oversee the end-to-end operations of the facility which is dedicated to the refurbishment, valuation, and sale of jewellery. The JPC is a business unit that processes high volumes of pre-owned jewellery within the Crusaders Corporate Group of Stores.

Key Responsibilities The manager is responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality control, and profitability within the processing centre. Overseeing the workflow for cleaning, repairing, fixing, and remodelling jewellery items. Implementing and enforcing stringent quality standards for all finished products before they are sold to customers.
