At least 8-10 years of experience in the following:

• Hands-on experience with modern Java versions
• Deep understanding of Spring ecosystem and annotations - Spring Boot (2.7 to latest)
• Proven experience designing scalable, decoupled systems - Microservices Architecture
• Design, implementation, and documentation of APIs - RESTful APIs
• Branching, merging, rebasing, and conflict resolution - Git
• Enforcing standards and architectural consistency - Code Reviews & Technical Guidance
• Experience in Banking & Financial Services Domain
