Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide application maintenance and production support for Java-based enterprise applications.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects, incidents, and production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and batch processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and implement enhancements or change requests.
- Develop, test, and deploy bug fixes and minor feature enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, support teams, QA, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues efficiently.
