Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable & Expenses: Manage invoice processing, expense claims, and payment-related tasks.
* Treasury & Cash Flow: Support cash management, FX transactions, and related reporting.
* Receivables & Controls: Manage receivables, payment tracking, and sales/purchase records.
* Month-End Closing: Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
* General Administration: Provide general office and administrative support as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
* Previous experience in general office administration is essential. Experience in accounting or finance would be an advantage.
