Position Summary:

The IWS Manager is responsible for leading the deployment of the Integrated Work System (IWS) across the plant, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence. This role ensures the effective application of the Learn-Do-Teach methodology to embed IWS principles within production lines and support functions, in line with the site's implementation roadmap and business objectives. The IWS Manager plays a key role in building site capability through the reinforcement of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) practices, active support of IWS Pillar activities, and by fostering strong ownership of systems and operational standards at all levels of the organization.
