A large South African law firm that is recognized as a leader in property law and conveyancing is seeking a IT Training & Liaison Specialist who will bridge the gap between our technology stack and staff proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Design and lead high-impact training (1-on-1, workshops, and webinars) covering the Microsoft Office suite and bespoke internal applications.

• Needs Discovery: Partner with department heads to observe workflows, identify pain points, and spot opportunities for automation or software optimization.

• IT Liaison: Serve as the primary feedback loop to the IT Department, translating departmental needs into technical requirements for updates or new tool acquisitions.

• Content Creation: Develop and maintain a library of accessible How-to guides, FAQs, and training modules hosted on the company extranet.
