Key responsibilities:

• Remote & on-site support (PCs, laptops, printers)
• Microsoft 365: Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
• Basic configurations - Routers, switches, firewalls 
• DNS, DHCP, and VLANs
• Backups & disaster recovery
• Onboarding/offboarding & documentation
• VoIP (Plus point): SIP, QoS, basic troubleshooting
