Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware malfunctions and system performance issues.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and perform necessary hardware upgrades or replacements.
• Provide first-line technical support to employees on hardware and basic software concerns.
• Manage and update the company’s IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of network connections and devices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for equipment repairs, replacements, or procurement.
