- Support via hotline calls and emails; log all customer requests into internal ticketing system
- provide efficient and timely technical support to end-user by monitor Linux Windows system on AWS/Azure 
- Follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure 
- To support other IT-related duties when assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- From 1-2 years of relevant experience, Graduated from University in IT field 
- Familiar with Windows OS 
- English: Most chating/email,  Communicate Intermediate
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing  is a big plus
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, commitment to customer service
