An established multi-site organisation is seeking an experienced IT Systems Support Analyst (Level 1 or Level 2) to join their internal technology team based in Parramatta. You will act as a key escalation point for the Service Desk team, helping maintain critical systems and ensuring users receive high-quality technical support across the business.
