We are looking for a talented IT Systems Analyst with expert level experience supporting cloud infrastructure - Microsoft Azure, and 365. The successful engineer will be responsible for managing a portfolio or clients, as well as be involved in design and optimization of cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud & Infrastructure Operations -Provide support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage, and networking. -Maintain system health, perform patching, backups, and configuration reviews. -Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
