We are looking for a hands-on IT Support/Administrator who can manage and support the full IT environment - from systems, networking and servers to cloud and user support. You’ll work closely with our IT team and will be responsible for running day-to-day IT operations independently.
Key Responsibilities - Networking – LAN/WiFi/WAN, switches, firewalls (Sophos & Fortinet), IPSec tunnels, monitoring & troubleshooting
- IT assets – laptops, mobiles, monitors, peripherals, hardware lifecycle
- Cloud & local VMs – provisioning, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting
- Licensing & subscriptions – renewals, compliance, vendor coordination
- Access management – user permissions, security enforcement
- Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
- Security – spam/email filtering, BitLocker, encryption, backups, FTP storage
- User support – Teams & Outlook troubleshooting, meeting rooms (Logitech,...
