The IT Support Technician will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems by resolving technical issues promptly, supporting users, and maintaining IT infrastructure to enhance productivity and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Provide timely technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues including system errors, connectivity issues, and hardware/software faults
