Position Overview
The I.T. Support Technician is the first point of contact for related technical issues for our customers.
Technical assistance is provided mostly over the phone and by email but periodically in person to ensure reliable operation of hardware and software for our customers. The Support Technician is a full-time permanent position in our Oakville headquarters with occasional travel to customer locations. T. equipment. End user hardware and software support for PCs, TVs, media players and network equipment for multiple clients across Canada.
